Police: Surveillance Video Shows Theft Of Motorcycle

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio -- Police in Beavercreek are investigating theft of a motorcycle from The Greene.Authorities said the theft was caught on tape, and officers said a simple sticker could help catch the culprit.According to police, a man locked his motorcycle and parked it in a parking garage on March 3. Officers said when the man returned on March 5, the motorcycle was gone.Investigators said the surveillance video shows a red and silver motorcycle in the parking garage, and seconds later, a pickup truck backs up, and two men grabbed the bike and left.Police said the pickup is described as a 1985 Chevrolet, and said it should stand out. Sgt. Jim Wuebben said, “It looks like on the driver’s side, there is a gas cap missing and some other type of identifier on the driver’s side on the rear part of the truck.”If you have any information on this case, call Beavercreek police at 320-7393.
