OAKWOOD, Ohio -- Two local high schools are ranked among the best public high schools in the country.

According to Newsweek magazine, Oakwood and Bellbrook high schools rank in their list of the top 1,400 schools.

Oakwood ranked 275th, while Bellbrook ranked 1,349.

Newsweek said it considers the number of graduating seniors, and advanced placement testing when they do their annual school rankings.
