This is a half-day, fast-paced and interactive session in which students will acquire a high-level working knowledge of Six Sigma. Six Sigma is a very popular and proven process improvement methodology applicable to all forms of organizations of any size: healthcare, technology, government, software, service, and manufacturing. Typical Six Sigma projects generate between $50,000 - $250,000 bottom-line impact for an organization. Participants will see in action world-class methods of reducing cycle time, cost, waste, and improving the quality of process deliverables. This workshop is applicable to all levels within an organization. Upon completion of this course, participants will receive their Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Sinclair Workforce Development.
