Learn the basics of how to make soft cheese through observing a demonstration of the preparation of Mozzarella cheese. Some audience participation needed. Equipment, supplies, and sources will be covered. Prepared samples of homemade cottage, ricotta, and cream cheese will be available to try. Handouts of recipes and cheese making information will be available. Registration beginning November 15.
