Ohio Valley Institute of Food Technologists (OVIFT) would like to cordially invite you to attend the OVIFT Section Suppliers’ Expo on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at the Savannah Center – located just north of Cincinnati. DETAILSThere will be a speaker from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.  The exhibit will run from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.  All booths are approximately 30” x 72” (8 ft tables).  Like last year, it is an open floor plan with separate private meeting rooms for client interactions.  The table location will be determined by the order in which registration forms and payments are received.  As always, we will do our best to honor all requests.  Exhibitors may contract for a maximum of two contiguous booths.Registrations received by March 20th are $350.  All registrations completed after March 20th are $400 and subject to availability.There will be a limited number of electrical outlets that are available for an extra charge of $75. PROGRAMThis year we will again be printing a program for the Expo.  Everyone who walks in to see the exhibits will be handed a program with a map of all the exhibits with the booth location of every company as well as your ad.  This is a chance for you to showcase your company in the program.  Cost structure is noted above in Ticket Information.  We will again have a silent auction instead of door prizes.  We encourage you to donate something for the auction.  Thank you, in advance, for your continued support and generosity. Please invite your customers to this event - it is a great way to introduce them further to the Food and Beverage industry!   CONTACT INFORMATIONFor website or online registration questions, contact Lauren Dooley ar 513.948.5027 or lauren.dooley@givaudan.comFor general registration or payment questions, contact Collette Perozzi at 513.948.5493 or collette.perozzi@givaudan.com
