Hamilton, Ohio - Eat your heart out with this presentation! Visit the Fitton Center for Creative Arts as Liz Bonis, a registered dietician, certified personal trainer, and a diabetes educator, discusses "Eating to Your Heart's Content." The event takes place on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. in the Carruthers Signature Ballroom. Liz Bonis first began working with LOCAL 12 in January 2002 and is the co-anchor of Good Morning Cincinnati. She is the former host of the Mix 94.1 "Liz & Carson" morning show in Cincinnati and the syndicated weekend health and fitness radio show on 55WKRC-"Lighten Up with Liz." Liz publishes a monthly health and wellness letter, has a personal fitness video and writes weekly health articles. This presentation is part of the Celebrating Self Luncheon Series. Celebrating Self is a casual and informative luncheon series featuring regional speakers, interesting topics and delicious food catered by Coach House Catering. The Carruthers Signature Ballroom opens at 11:30 a.m. with a buffet lunch and musical entertainment by Treva Boardman. Celebrating Self is presented by Ohio Magazine and Fort Hamilton Hospital, Part of Kettering Health Network. The cost for members is $18 and non-members $23.
