Title:  Pavement Design for Roadway Use Maintenance Agreements Abstract:  As oil and gas operators have crossed into Ohio and are drilling and exploring in Eastern Ohio, Roadway Use Maintenance Agreements (RUMAs) are executed between the operators and municipalities in order to maintain the existing county and township highways.  This presentation will discuss the process of securing the RUMAs and how the roadways are evaluated.
