This program is designed to get your heart rate up and get you moving. Our staff will lead you on these guided, self-paced hikes. Hike for your Health is also a wonderful opportunity to get to know some of your parks better and meet new people. Refer to page 13 of our Park District News & Events, at http://www.cwpd.org/pdf_files/newsletters/newsletter_spring2013.pdf to see weekly hike locations and path description (paved or natural), in order to choose the right foot attire.
