Carrot, Apple And Almond Kugel
Serves 10 as a side dishIngredients:

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound carrots, scraped and grated
2 tart apples, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups matzo farfel
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
¾ cup sliced almonds
