More than 16,000 air compressors that are sold exclusively at Walmart are being recalled.

The compressor’s thermal overload, which shuts off when the unit overheats can fail, posing a fire hazard.

The recall involved the Campbell Hausfeld model with a 20-gallong tank. Walmart sold them this year from January through June.

Consumers are advised not to use the compressor and return it to Walmart.
