Drowning Hazard Prompts Bathtub Recall

Some bathtubs are being recalled because of a serious drowning hazard.

The Crane Bathtubs with whirlpools have drain covers that can be entangled in bather’s hair in the openings, causing the bather’s head to be held under water.

The bathtubs were sold at home improvement stores nationwide from March 2007 to February 2009.

If you have one of the bathtubs, stop using it immediately and contact Crane for a free repair. The number is 1-866-876-3632.
