400,000 Simplicity Cribs Recalled

More than 400,000 Simplicity Drop Side cribs are being recalled for posing a suffocation or entrapment hazard.

The crib’s hardware can break, allowing the drop side to detach, causing a child to be trapped or suffocated.

Last September, Simplicity recalled thousands of cribs with similar defects. The newly recalled cribs were sold at department stores and children’s stores from January 2005 through June.

If you baby has one of the cribs, do no use it and return it to the store where it was bought for a refund or store credit.
