P&G Moving Lewisburg Jobs

Proctor and Gamble announced Monday that nearly 200 jobs will be leaving its facility in Preble County.

The jobs are located at the Iams and Eukenuba pet food operations in Lewisburg.

News Center 7 was told that 145 employees of the pet care research and development operations will relocate to the Cincinnati area by next year.

Proctor and Gamble also plans to close the pet food manufacturing plant, which employs 43 people and move that operation by 2011.
