Couple Found With Counterfeit Cash

Posted: 11:37 am EST November 19, 2009

We have a warning from police in Beavercreek about the money in your wallet.

The warning was issued after police arrested a couple at the WalMart on New Germany-Trebein Road. Police said the man and woman were using counterfeit bills.

Members of the Secret Service showed up to take a look at the cash.

We are told the money, and the suspects, could be linked to a larger group of people who have been passing phoney bills all over the Dayton area.

Officials believe more counterfeit bills are floating around.
