The cleanup goes on but there's finally some good news for tenants of the Kettering Tower.

All of the floors except the 23rd are open for business after last week's electrical fire in Dayton's tallest building.

Most of the businesses in the building are operating although some still have minor cleaning to do after smoke and water damaged the space.

Investigators said it could take weeks for the 23rd floor to become operational.
