Ill Students Rushed To Local Hospital

OAKWOOD, Ohio -- Officials said two students at an Oakwood Elementary School were rushed away by medics Wednesday morning after getting sick.Officials called experts to check the building for possible high carbon monoxide levels.The incident happened at Harmon Elementary School, which is located on Rubicon Street.The fire department and Vectren crews were called to check the CO levels in the building after a girl passed out.According to school officials, two children were taken by medic to a local hospital to be checked, while another student was taken to Children’s Medical Center by a parent.After investigating, the school was given an all-clear and students were allowed to return.
