Fire, Explosions Rock Richmond Neighborhood

RICHMOND, Indiana -- Fire officials in Richmond said a fire erupted early Tuesday morning and was so huge that it consumed an entire city block.The fire started around 4:30 a.m. at Whisenhunt Construction. Officials said the fire quickly spread to another construction business and three nearby homes.Investigators said several explosions were heard.At this time, no injuries have been reported.
