Richmond Fire Damage Estimated At Over $1M

RICHMOND, Indiana -- Fire investigators returned to the scene of a massive fire that scorched an entire city block in Richmond, Ind., on Tuesday.Officials said the blaze has caused $1 million in damage, but that number could go much higher.Cleanup crews are at the scene clearing out the debris so investigators can figure out what started the fire.The fire happened Tuesday morning on E Street between Third and Fourth streets.No one was injured in the fire.
