China Arnold To Make Court Appearance

DAYTON, Ohio -- The Dayton mother accused of putting her daughter in a microwave oven and killing her is expected in court on Friday.China Arnold was originally supposed to be in court to try and keep statements she made to police after her arrest out of her trial.Attorneys said the statements were made under a defective arrest warrant. Friday’s hearing has now been changed to a status hearing.
