GREENVILLE, Ohio -- A court hearing will take place Monday for a 10-year-old boy accused of setting a fire that killed five people who lived in his house.

The child was charged with five counts of murder and arson in Darke County Juvenile Court. A woman and four children died in the fire.

The boy was held without bond in the West Central Juvenile Detention Facility near Troy.

Prosecutors said he could be labeled a "serious youth offender" and they want him to undergo a psychological examination.
