DAYTON, Ohio -- A new trial date has been set for a Dayton mother accused of killing her newborn baby in a microwave.China Arnold's trial is now scheduled to begin on January 28th.The judge in the case has called for a hearing next month to decide if scientific evidence will be allowed to be admitted at Arnold's trial.China Arnold could get the death penalty if she is convicted
