Judge Rules Use Of Statements In China Arnold Case

DAYTON, Ohio -- Statements made by a Dayton woman accused of killing her newborn baby by putting her in a microwave will be used as evidence in her trial.A judge made that ruling on Wednesday.In a pre-trial hearing in July, a detective claimed China Arnold told him if she had not gotten so intoxicated that her baby probably would have not died.However, Arnold said she had nothing to do with the child’s death that she could recall.
