Assistant Band Director Goes To Court

MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio -- A former assistant band director went to court Friday morning and pleaded not guilty to sexual battery charges, police said.
Anthony Spahr, 28, worked in the Milton-Union School district in Miami County.
Investigators arrested Spahr Tuesday. He is accused of having sex with a high school female, police said.
Police said Spahr is in jail on a $20,000 bond.
Investigators said they are looking at whether there might be another student victim.
