Former Assist. Band Director Makes 2nd Court Appearance

TROY, Ohio -- A former assistant band director accused of having sex with a high school student was arraigned Thursday for the second time in two weeks.Anthony Spahr, 28, of Troy, pleaded not guilty to another charge of sexual battery. The judge increased his bond to $30,000.Spahr was an assistant band director at Milton-Union High School. He has since resigned his position at the school.
