Jury Selection Completed In Microwaved Baby Case

Wednesday, January 30, 2008 – updated: 10:11 pm EST January 30, 2008

Jury selection was completed Wednesday evening and there will be a jury view Thursday morning at 9 a.m.

Arnold is accused of microwaving her infant daughter.

Jury selection in the case began Monday, and according to court officials, the jury selection process will continue Wednesday night until the prosecution and defense can agree on a jury.

Prosecutors said Arnold put her daughter in a microwave inside her Dayton home in 2005. The girl, who was only three weeks old, died from internal burns.

Arnold's attorneys claim she was too drunk to be capable of killing her own child.
