DAYTON, Ohio -- On Monday, three different people testified for the prosecution and provided more details into the death of China Arnold's daughter.Day 3 of the trial began with former homicide detective Doyle Burke taking the stand and showed pictures to the jury of what Arnold's apartment looked like the day of Paris Talley's death.According to Doyle, investigtors already knew that Arnold's baby had died of burns when they questioned her shortly after the little girl died. He told the jury about the time that he found his daughter dead in the apartment. After taking a lunch break, the prosecution resumed testimony in the Arnold murder trial. The latest person to take the stand was the baby's father's sister, Lionda Talley, who babysat Paris Talley the night before she died.Arnold's murder trial started last week and is expected to last three weeks.
