Owner Of Middletown Tattoo Shop Arrested

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- The owner of a Middletown tattoo shop was arrested.Police said Edward Morris, 44, was operating Custom Tatt’s Tattoo and Body Piercing without a health permit.Morris’ permit reportedly ran out in December. When officers served a search warrant at the business on Central Avenue, they confiscated tattooing tools, needles and digital scales.He was charged with operating without a permit and possession of drug paraphernalia.
