MORAINE, Ohio -- Local General Motors workers will remain off the job for the fourth week in a row.The closure of the plant is connected to striking American Axle auto parts workers in other states. Some of them picketed near Detroit on Sunday. The United Auto Workers walked off the job on Feb. 26, closing 30 plants across the nation, including the GM plant in Moraine.Striking workers said American Axle wants to cut salaries, replace their pensions with a 401K plan and increase health care benefit costs. At least 40,000 workers nationwide and in Canada are effected by the strike.
