WEST MILTON, Ohio -- A court date is expected to be scheduled in Miami County Common Pleas Court, where on Friday, former Milton-Union High School band director Anthony Spahr of Troy entered pleas of no contest to two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He now wants to withdraw his pleas, according to a motion filed Monday afternoon in court. The motion to withdraw is based on the fact that the Miami County deputy who investigated the complaints and filed the charges against Spahr now faces similar allegations.About an hour after Spahr entered his no contest pleas and was found guilty by Judge Jeffrey Welbaum late Friday morning, Deputy Bryce Adams was placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome on separate internal and criminal investigations.Bryce was the school resource officer for Newton High School in Pleasant Hill and Milton-Union High School in West Milton.A Newton High School graduate filed a complaint against Adams a week ago, accusing him of inappropriate behavior with a former Newton student.Steve.Baker@WHIOTV.com
