Murder Charges Dropped Against Teen In Fatal Shooting

DAYTON, Ohio -- Prosecutors have dropped all charges against a 16-year-old who was charged with murder.The teen was charged with killing 32-year-old Trayshon McCray last month. However, prosecutors said the teen was the victim of a robbery attempt and he shot McCray in self-defense.Authorities said even though the murder charge was dropped, the teen now faces weapons charges. He will be in court next week to answer to those charges.
