PHILLIPSBURG, Ohio -- A teenager was taken to the hospital by Careflight after a crash on Phillipsburg Union Road Saturday afternoon. According to authorities, the female driver was attempting to change the dial on her radio when her vehicle went off the road and rolled into a ditch. Police said the 16-year-old's injuries were non-life threatening.
