An argument between co-workers at a Dayton pancake house ends with one worker being cut with a knife and the other in handcuffs.

Police said the pair were arguing in the kitchen of the Legacy Pancake House on North Keowee Street, Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators said Julian Miros cut his co-worker with a knife from the restaurant.

Police said the two were arguing over a previous incident that happened three weeks ago when another pancake house employee was attacked and tied up inside his Dayton apartment.

The victim was taken to Miami Valley Hospital.

His injuries aren't life-threatening.

The suspect, Julian Miros, is charged with felonious assault.
