DAYTON, Ohio -- U.S. Marshals in Dayton caught up with a man who was wanted for murder in West Virginia.

Shawn Brooks, 23, was taken into custody after he was found near Keowee and Stanley streets on Thursday night.

Investigators said they have been looking for Brooks since March. They said that is when he shot a Cleveland man in Wheeling, W.V.

Brooks is originally from the Dayton-area.
