XENIA TWP., Ohio -- The managers at Kil-Kare Speedway said a fight at the facility last month prompted them to make some policy changes.

The brawl sent one person to the hospital. Investigators said a group of people got into a fight after the ATVs, one of the groups was riding, threw rocks into the crowd.

Kil-Kare no longer allows spectators to ride ATVs in the facility and pets are prohibited too.
