OXFORD, Ohio -- A Miami University student who was critically injured after falling out of a bunk bed, has died.

20-year old Aaron Miller was a junior at the university from bellbrook. Officials say he fell out of the bunk bed at the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity house last month.

Police said Miller suffered a head injury. The accident still remains under investigation, but police plan to release a report as early as Tuesday.

Miller graduated from Bellbrook High School in 2006. He was a finance major at Miami University.
