DAYTON, Ohio -- A local pilot appeared in a Montgomery Courtroom Tuesday and found out that he will spend the next six years in prison.

David Turner was convicted on charges of pandering sexually explicit material involving a minor, pandering obscenity involving a minor and gross sexual imposition of a minor under the age of 13.

Prosecutors said that pornographic images and videos of two children were found on his computer.

Turner was classified a Tier II sex offender, which means that he will have to register his place of residence for 25 years once he is released from prison.

Officials with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office have been investigating the case since July 2007.

Detectives said the investigation is ongoing, and more charges are possible in the future.
