Fire Destroys Home In Sugarcreek Township

SUGARCREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Several fire departments responded to a huge blaze at a home in the 3000 block of Wilmington Dayton Road in Sugarcreek Township Saturday evening.IMAGES From Sugarcreek Twp. House Fire The fire apparently began in the garage of the home and then quickly spread to the rest of the house. Fire officials said everyone in the home escaped the blaze safely, but the home was a total loss. The fire began at approximately 7 p.m. and it took firefighters about three hours to extinguish the blaze. Arson investigators were being called to the scene.
