MORAINE, Ohio -- Moraine police said an 18-year-old is accused of sexually assaulting a letter carrier delivering the mail.

Douglas Jenkins was indicted Tuesday on two counts of gross sexual imposition in connection with the assault. Police said he has been arrested four times for public indecency in the past.

The postal worker was attacked while delivering the mail on Blackstone Drive in Moraine. Police said she was grabbed at the door of a home and then the suspect followed her.

Neighbors said they are shocked that a postal worker could be attacked on their street in broad daylight.

Authorities said Jenkins was released from jail Wednesday morning on $50,000 bond.
