Local Veterans Brave Heat To Cook For A Good Cause

KETTERING, Ohio -- Some local veterans braved hot tempertures to heat up the grill for a good cause.The Second Annual Ohio Barbecue Cook-Off took place Saturday in Kettering. The event was held to help raise money for the Veterans Administration Hospital.Participants said they were happy to do this for such a good cause.There was no word on how much money was raised, but organizers said they hope next year's cook-off will be even bigger.
