Suspect Charged In Murder Of Sinclair College Employee

DAYTON, Ohio -- The man arrested in connection with the murder of a Sinclair Community College administrator is now facing 12 charges.Officials with the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office accepted the charges against Mark Nolan, 30, Friday afternoon.The charges include two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of theft, and one count each of murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, failure to comply with the order or signal of an officer, tampering with evidence, felonious assault, grand theft and theft.Linderman’s body was found inside his home on Northdale Road on Saturday. He had been an employee of Sinclair Community College for 21 years.Officers said Linderman and Nolan knew each other and there was no sign of forced entry at his home.Nolan is expected to be in court on Monday.
