Man Accused Of Dumping Hazardous Waste

DAYTON, Ohio -- Authorities said a man is accused of dumping hazardous waste in four Dayton neighborhoods.Robert Garcia, 21, stood mute in a courtroom Tuesday, as a plea of not guilty was entered for him.Officials with the Ohio Attorney General's Office said a company paid Garcia to properly dispose of paint that came from inside foreclosed homes. However, Garcia is accused of dumping it.All four locations have been cleaned up.Garcia could face up to eight years in prison and a $25,000 fine if he is convicted.
