DAYTON, Ohio -- China Arnold, accused of killing her infant daughter in a microwave oven, will go on trial a second time Monday.

A jury was seated to hear the case Friday afternoon.

Arnold's first trial was declared a mistrial last February, when a new witness came forward.

Arnold is accused of putting her newborn baby into the microwave and killing her back in 2005.

She is charged with aggravated murder and could face the death penalty if she is convicted.
