Man Arrested After Shots Fired In Tipp City

TIPP CITY, Ohio -- Police in Tipp City said shots rang out Thursday morning, and now a man has been charged with attempted murder.Officers said several shots were fired at the Belleview Apartment complex around 8 a.m.
