Former Troy Assist. Band Director Changes Plea

TROY, Ohio -- A former Troy High School assistant band director and music teacher appeared in court on Thursday and changed his plea.Jared Wolfgang changed his plea on three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He pleaded guilty as charged in Miami County Juvenile Court.Authorities said Wolfgang admitted that he had inappropriate contact with an underage student at Troy High School.He was arrested on July 15.
