DAYTON, Ohio -- Ohio continues to be a hot spot for visits from presidential candidates, and the Dayton-area will be in the spotlight again this week.Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain and running mate Gov. Sarah Palin will hold a campaign rally in Lebanon Tuesday morning.According to the McCain campaign’s web site, doors will open at 7 a.m. for the “McCain Street USA” rally. The event will be held outside The Golden Lamb, located at 27 S. Broadway in Lebanon. People interested in attending are asked to RSVP by calling 614-441-8622 or emailing ohio@johnmccain.com.Also Tuesday morning, Democratic presidential candidate Sen.
