DAYTON, Ohio -- Dayton Power and Light Company Spokesman Tom Tatham said Saturday that all customers who lost power during the Sept. 14 windstorm are now back in service.Tatham said crews spent all day Friday an Friday night repairing lines to individual homes.Tatham said crews left notes on homes where additional repairs are needed by an electrician.
