SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Springfield police said a Dayton man gave them very little information after he was shot in the leg early Saturday.

The shooting happened behind the Game Day Bar at 925 East Pleasant Street around shortly before 2:00 a.m.

The 23-year-old man was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center for treatment.

The victim told police that he was in the back parking lot of the bar when someone shot him for no reason.
