2 People Shot, 1 Dead In Mechanicsburg

MECHANICSBURG, Ohio -- Champaign County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting in Mechanicsburg Wednesday night.The shooting happened on Wing Road, police said.Two people were shot, one was deceased on the scene and the other person was taken by Care Flight with serious injuries, police said.According to Sheriff Brent Emmons, Champaign County, the two were riding in a vehicle together and they got out and had some sort of an altercation.
