WAPAKONETA, Ohio -- The Ohio Supreme Court heard oral arguments this week in the appeal of former Wapakoneta Police Chief Dave Harrison in his multiple child pornography-related convictions.Harrison's attorney, Dean Boland of Cleveland, told the seven justices that his client was tried twice on the same set of facts after he had completed his orginial sentence. Harrison's double jeopardy rights were violated, voiding the results of his second trial, claimed Boland, in his motion for appeal. The 56-year-old Harrison is currently out of the Auglaize County Jail on bond awaiting the ruling from Ohio's highest court.Harrison was police chief in Wapakoneta when the charges were brought against him by the Auglaize County grand jury in 2002.To see video of the oral argument in the case State of Ohio vs. David L.
