CLARK COUNTY, Ohio -- A teenager died following a two vehicle crash in Clark County Saturday morning.

Police said a car driven by Allison Rudd, 16, of Tipp City, ran a stop sign and struck a pickup truck at U.S. 40 and 235 in Bethel Township.

Rudd, and a passenger Laura Baldwin, 18, of Tipp City, were injured and taken to Miami Valley Hospital. Another passenger, Amber Cornett, 16, of New Carlisle, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by Careflight, where she later died.

The driver of the pickup truck, Richard A. Moore, 55, of Springfield, and a passenger were taken to Community Hospital in Springfield.

A third vehicle was struck by the teen's car driven by Jean M Rodgers, 28. She was not hurt.

Police said all the people involved were wearing seat belts, but the teen who died was still extracted from the car by the impact of the crash.
